INSIDE - OUTSIDE RAVIOLI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
16 oz. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
7 oz. shell or elbow macaroni, cooked
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & undrained

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain well. Add spaghetti sauce and salt and pepper. Cook spinach and drain, reserving spinach water. Add water to reserved spinach water to make 1 full cup. Add water to meat mixture. Prepare macaroni according to directions. Drain. Mix together macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, salad oil and spinach. Spread mixture in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
