INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (1 lb.) can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 (7 oz.) pkg. shell or elbow macaroni, cooked
4 oz. sharp processed American cheese, shredded (1 c.)
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 c. salad oil

Brown first 3 ingredients in the 1 tablespoon salad oil. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain, reserving liquid; add water to make 1 cup. Stir spinach liquid and next 5 ingredients into meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients; spread in 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
