INSIDE-OUT RAVIOLI 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. salad oil
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Grandma Gina's ravioli or spaghetti meat sauce
1 c. Progresso bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 well beaten eggs

Cook spinach according to directions. Drain, reserving liquid. Add water to make 1 cup, then set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil. Saute beef, onions and garlic until brown. Add spinach liquid, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.

Combine spinach, macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and 1/4 cup oil. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Top with sauce. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. May be frozen and reheated.

Variation: Ragu Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Mushrooms may be substituted for Grandma's Ravioli Sauce.
