LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans tomato paste
Parmesan cheese
Munster cheese
butter
Flour
Milk
1 box lasagna noodles

Brown in butter 1 pound ground beef (grease drained), onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Add tomato paste and 2 tomato paste cans of water. Simmer 1 hour.

Boil 1/2 package of lasagna noodles, drain, layer in oblong pan alternating with meat sauce, sprinkling Parmesan cheese each time until pan is full. Place a layer of Munster cheese sliced thin on top. Cover with white sauce. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Double recipe for leftovers!

WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring mixture smooth. Remove from heat; add milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute.
