BAKED HAMBURGER PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. onion, chopped Salt and pepper and dash of garlic powder 2 tbsp. flour 1 pkg. beef bouillon 1 pkg. frozen peas/carrots Brown beef in butter; drain fat. Add beef, bouillon, and 1 cup water. Add onions and spices. Cook until onion is tender. Add flour mixed in 1/4 cup water; add peas and carrots. Stir until thickened. Use your favorite pie recipe for top and bottom crust. Fill pie with meat mixture. Add top crust and pinch together. Brush top crust with half oil and half beaten egg. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. |
