ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
1 egg
2 slices of bread

Mix above ingredients in large bowl. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Roll into 2 inch balls. Fill skillet half full of hot water. Bring to a boil. Place meatballs into boiling water. Turn until all sides are brown. Spoon into hot water one can of tomato paste. Turn heat down and simmer 15 minutes.
