TARTER SAUCE FOR FISH 
1 cup water and 1/3 cup flour cooked until thick. Cool beat egg yolks until well beaten. Beat into the paste of water and flour. Add 1 cup salad oil beating constantly. Then add remaining ingredients and blend well. Chill and serve over fish.

REMAINING INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. pickle relish

Blend well and serve over fish.
