PIQUANT FISH | |
2 - 3 pieces of orange Roughy Place fish in cold water and lemon juice for a few minutes. Place fish in a baking dish. Pour sauce (recipe to follow) over fish coating very well. Bake at 500°F for 10 minutes or until flaky. Sauce: 2 tsp butter, melted 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice, fresh if possible 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp yellow prepared mustard white pepper to taste Mix ingredients together well. Pour over fish. |
