CUCUMBER RELISH 
10 c. cucumbers, chopped (do not peel)
4 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. salt

Put through food processor or blender. Mix with salt and set in refrigerator for 3 hours. Drain and squeeze through colander. Mix:

5 c. sugar
5 c. vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. turmeric

Bring to boil. Add cucumbers and cook until color changes, approximately 10 minutes or more. Makes 6 pints.
