TWICE BAKED POTATOES | |
4 med. baking potatoes 2 tbsp. butter 2 slices American cheese, halved diagonally Prepare baked potatoes as you would normally. Cut potatoes in half after fully cooked. Scoop out the insides and place shells aside. In a bowl combine inside of potatoes butter, enough milk to make potatoes stiff and mash. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put mashed potato mixture back into shell. Place in a baking dish. Cook in 425 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Place cheese on top, bake 2 to 3 minutes more. |
