TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drain, rinsed & flaked
1/4 c. sunflower nuts
2 c. cooked egg noodles
1/4 c. crushed potato chips

1. Place butter, onion and celery in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole.

2. Microwave for about 3 minutes on high until partly cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients, except potato chips. Then sprinkle with crushed potato chips on top.

3. Microwave for about 8 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 4-6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
