DATE NUT ROLL 
2 c. fine vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. coarsely cut dried dates
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
Whipped cream

In medium bowl combine crumbs, dates and nuts. In measuring cup combine milk, lemon juice. Pour over crumb mixture and knead well. Form into roll about 3" thick and 3 1/2" long. Wrap and refrigerate 12 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
