SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach (rinse, drain, tear into bite size pieces
1 head iceburg lettuce, rinse, drain, tear into bite size pieces
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/2 lb. ham, cut into julienne strips
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 sm. red Bermuda onion, sliced
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cut into julienne strips or shredded
1 c. sour cream
2 c. mayonnaise

Arrange spinach on bottom of deep casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of the sugar, salt, pepper (mixed). Add layers of egg, ham, and lettuce. Sprinkle with remaining sugar, salt, pepper. Add layers of peas, onion, Swiss. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise, spread over salad. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
