SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
1/2 lb. bacon
2 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch black pepper
1 tsp. minced parsley (dried or fresh)
2 egg yolks
1 lb. spaghetti
Parmesan cheese grated, optional

Fry bacon, chop fine and set aside. Save drippings. Saute garlic in oil. Cook and drain spaghetti; toss hot spaghetti with bacon, garlic, pepper, parsley and bacon drippings to taste. Beat egg yolks well and pour over hot spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
