EASY CHERRY CHEESECAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
Vanilla wafers
Cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin tins with paper liners. Place a vanilla wafer cookie in each. Mix together until smooth the cheese, vanilla, sugar and eggs. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool and top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
