SOUTHERN LIMA BEANS & BACON 
2 tbsp. butter
4 slices thick sliced bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 med. onion, cut into eighths
1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
10 oz. pkg. frozen Lima beans
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seed

In 10 inch skillet melt butter until sizzling, stir in bacon and onion. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes; drain. Reduce heat to medium; stir in remaining ingredients. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally until Lima beans are tender (8 to 10 minutes). Serves 4 to 6 servings.
