FRUIT SALAD FOR THE DIETER 
2 c. plain yogurt
4 tbsp. coconut
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. shredded carrots
4 packets sugar substitute
1 (3 oz.) box sugar-free orange gelatin (dry)

Mix all ingredients well in the order given. Chill for at least 4 hours.
