DILL GRAVY 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. fresh dill

Melt butter in pan, add onion, saute until tender. Stir in flour and milk. Cook 10 minutes until thick. Stir in dill and vinegar. Cool 5 to 8 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Good on potatoes.
