PUMPKIN-RAISIN MUFFINS 
2 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1 eggs
1/2 c. cooked mashed pumpkin or canned pumpkin
1/2 c. milk or cream
4 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. sugar

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; add raisins. Beat egg, add sugar, pumpkin, milk and butter. Add pumpkin mixture all at once to dry ingredients, stirring only until blended. Fill greased muffin-pan cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffin.
