SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. squash, cooked, mashed & drained
1 can cream of chicken
1 carrot, grated
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 med. onion, chopped fine
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread crumbs
1 stick butter

Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs, spread half in bottom of pan. Mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Add remaining crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
