PECAN SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soften with
2 tbsp. milk
1 jar dried beef, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper (1 small whole), chopped
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Blend all together, turn into 1 quart casserole. Top with 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm with corn chips.
