CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
2 pkgs. Jello instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Graham crackers
Pre-made chocolate frosting

Mix pudding with 3 cups milk; beat until thick. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Line a buttered 9"x13" Pyrex dish with graham crackers. Pour 1/2 of the mixture over the graham crackers. Add a second layer of graham crackers. Add remainder of pudding. Add third layer of graham crackers. Melt the prepared frosting over very low heat, so it is of spreading consistency and spread on top of cake. Refrigerate.
