1 pkg. Oreo's crushed, reserve 1 c.
1 stick melted butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello chocolate pudding

Mix Oreo cookies with melted butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together cream cheese, 1/2 Cool Whip and sugar. Spread this on top of cookie mixture. Refrigerate. Mix chocolate pudding less 1/2 cup milk. Pour over the cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip, sprinkle the rest of Oreo cookies on top.
