OREO CAKE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. 10x sugar
1 box Jello instant chocolate pudding

Crush cookies, except for two, mix melted butter with cookies and put in 9 x 13 pan. Second layer, beat 8 oz. of Cool Whip, cream cheese and 10x sugar and spread this on top of cookies in pan. Third layer, make pudding using 1/2 cup less milk then recipe calls for. Spread pudding on top of second layer. Fourth layer, put other 8 oz. of Cool Whip on top and crush the two Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top of Cool Whip.
