VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can red beans, drained
2 boxes frozen mixed vegetables (cooked according to pkg.), then drain
4 stalks finely chopped celery
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 finely chopped mango
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 heaping tbsp. cornstarch

Combine all ingredients except the vegetables. Cook until thick. Let cool. Toss with vegetables and let chill.
