BLENDER CREAM PIES 
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. softened butter
2 c. hot milk

Put all ingredients except hot milk into container. Cover. Turn blender on medium for 15 seconds. After 5 seconds remove cover and start pouring in hot milk. When all is blended, pour mixture into saucepan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until thickened. Pour into 9 inch pie crust. Put meringue on top and brown. Serve cool. One 9-inch pie.

CHOCOLATE CREAM:

Increase sugar to 3/4 cup and add 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, diced. Add to ingredients in container.

BUTTERSCOTCH:

Substitu te 3/4 cup brown sugar for the 1/2 cup white sugar.

BANANA CREAM:

Add sliced bananas. Lay slices on bottom crust. Add vanilla cream filling to just cover. Lay another layer of banana slices, and pour remaining cream filling. Then garnish top with ring of banana slices. Top with whipped cream if desired.
