1 c. milk
1/2 c. light cream
1 c. chicken broth or 1 bouillon cube
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cooked broccoli or other vegetables
1 tsp. dry sherry (optional)

Put all in the blender for 30 seconds, heat to serve.
