NO COOK PICKLES 
4 cucumbers with peelings sliced thin
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt

Mix vinegar, salt, sugar together. Pour over above vegetables. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours. Put in jars - cover tightly and keep in refrigerator (do not cook). If you need more liquid make a little extra.
