NO COOKED PICKLES 
6 c. sliced cucumbers (not too lg.)
1 green pepper
1 med. onion
1 tbsp. salt

Sprinkle salt on sliced pickles and onions and green peppers. Let stand 2 hours then drain.

Mix 2 cups sugar, 1/2 tsp. celery seed and 1 cup vinegar. Pour over drained cucumbers and put in refrigerator until you use them up. Will keep for a long time.
