ALL BEEF BAKED SAUSAGE 
3 lb. lean hamburger
2 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
3 tbsp. meat curing salt
1 c. water
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Mix all in large bowl. Shape into 2 rolls - put in aluminum foil, shiny side out - refrigerate 24 hours.

Next day, punch holes in the end of rolls with fork.

Place rolls, still wrapped, on baking pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Cool - unwrap - roll in fresh foil - refrigerate or freeze.
