NED'S ENERGY PRODUCING SOUP 
1 c. tomato juice
1 med. onion, cut up
Fresh green beans, cut up
1 c. celery and celery leaves, cut up
1 med. zucchini, cut up
2 c. water
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. paprika

Simmer for 1 hour, or until vegetables are soft. Eat 3 or 4 times a week, or once a day for quick energy.
