BANANA SPLIT TORTE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 med. bananas

Mix cracker crumbs and butter together. Pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Whip cream cheese, Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and egg until creamy. Pour on crust. Top with pineapple and bananas, covering with a few cracker crumbs. Double this recipe for this 9 x 13 inch size pan. Wait until near time to serve to put bananas on as they might turn dark from standing.
