APRICOT CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. oil
2 sm. jars apricot baby food

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix sugar, oil, eggs and apricots together until well mixed. Add flour mixture and mix well, then add nuts and mix well. Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cool well, remove from pan and frost.

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well at room temperature and spread on cake.
