1/2 c. whipping cream
4 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. paprika
8 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Few grains of cayenne

Beat cream until stiff. Add remaining ingredients. Serve with roast beef.
