GREEK SALAD WITH HOMEMADE
DRESSING
 
GREEK SALAD:

1 bag romaine lettuce
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
a couple grilled red peppers (optional), chopped
a few artichokes (optional)
olive bar Kalamata olives (pitted Kalamata is best)
crumbled feta cheese

In a salad bowl, add lettuce, then throw in tomato, red onion, grilled red peppers, artichokes, olives and feta cheese. Prepare Greek Dressing.

GREEK SALAD DRESSING:

extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1 large clove of garlic
white vinegar
salt and pepper
oregano
parsley
lemon juice
sugar
1 cucumber, diced
crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Start off with some olive oil, then chop up the garlic and place in bowl. Add vinegar, salt and pepper, oregano, parsley, lemon juice and sugar. Chop up cucumbers into small cubes and add to the dressing. You can also add some feta to the dressing as well.

Place the Greek Dressing into the salad, mix it up and serve!
