BAKED CARROTS | |
4 c. carrots, sliced lengthwise 1 med. onion 3 tbsp. butter 1 can cream of celery soup 3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded Bread crumbs Cook carrots, taking care not to overcook. Lay sliced onion in a baking dish. Put carrots in a layer over the onions, then dot with butter. Spread cheese and then soup over the carrots. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
