CHEESE STUFFED TORTILLAS 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped ripe olives
1 (14 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
12 flour tortillas

Mix all ingredients together, except tortillas. Spread on flour tortillas and roll up jelly roll style. Chill several hours. Slice and serve. Yields: 72 half inch slices.
