ALMOND ROCA COOKIES | |
1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 c. butter 1 egg yolk 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 6-8 Hershey bars, with nuts Cream sugar and butter; add egg yolk. Mix and then add sifted flour and salt. Flatten mixture out on jelly roll pan. Bake about 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Place 6 or 8 plain Hershey bars flat on top of hot cookies and spread around. When it softens, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cut while warm. |
