NACHO GRITS FOR ONE 
1 packet instant grits
Chili powder
Garlic salt
1 slice process cheese

Empty instant grits into microwaveable bowl. Sprinkle with garlic salt, then chili powder, until surface is nicely dusted with powder. Stir into grits. Add water according to directions, stir. Microwave on High for 60 seconds. Remove and stir, return for 60 more seconds. Remove, tear cheese into little pieces, place on surface of grits. Push cheese down under with spoon to melt it, then stir again. Serves 1.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
