SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. thin spaghetti
3 to 3 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. green peppers, chopped fine
2 onions, chopped fine
1 lg. bottle ketchup
2 med. cans tomato sauce
1 lg. Velveeta cheese or lg. pkg.Cracker Barrel, cut up fine
Water, one inch to rinse sauce and ketchup container

Boil spaghetti. Put oil in pan, simmer onion and green pepper for 2 minutes. Stir in ground meat, simmer 5 minutes, add seasonings to mixture. Pour ketchup and tomato sauce into meat mixture. Add spaghetti to meat sauce, stir well.

In casserole place layer of spaghetti mixture; layer of cheese; bake 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Kolbassi may be added to meat mixture, skin and cut up fine.
