SPAGHETTI SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 lg. squash
2 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Take squash and slice in the middle. Steam squash until tender. Scoop out squash leaving enough in shell to stand. Brown meat. Add onions and bell pepper. Cook until they are tender. Add tomato sauce and mix thoroughly. Take squash that was scooped out and add to the meat mixture. When this is done take the remaining squash shell and spoon the meat mixture into them.

Place into a baking dish. Top with cheese combined and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
