BAKED PORK CHOPS WITH RICE 
6 pork chops
1 c. rice
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup

Sprinkle rice (uncooked) into a buttered casserole dish. Place pork chops on top of rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix over this. Mix 1 can celery soup and 2 cans water; pour over the top.

Cover and bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 1 hour longer. Uncover last 15 minutes. Can substitute chicken breasts and cream of chicken soup also.
