ZUCCHINI SOUP 
1 lb. mild Italian sausage
2 c. celery, 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 med. zucchini, diced
1 qt. canned tomatoes
3-4 med. potatoes, diced
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 green peppers

Brown sausage. Drain off fat. Add celery and onions and brown. Add the rest of ingredients except green peppers. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add green peppers and simmer 15 minutes more.
