SAUSAGE SAUERKRAUT BALLS 
1 c. chopped onions
3 pkgs. Jimmy Dean sausage at 12 oz. each (loose sausage, not in casings)
16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
8 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 to 6 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
3 tsp. mustard
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Sprinkle of freshly ground pepper
2 c. seasoned fine bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk

1. Saute onion and sausage together. Brown and drain.

2. Add sauerkraut and bread crumbs.

3. Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic salt and pepper. Add to mixture and chill.

Then shape into 1 inch balls.

Coat meatballs with flour, then dip into milk and egg mixture and roll into dry bread crumbs.

Place into hot oil in deep fry pan for about 2 minutes or until done. Makes approximately 60 meatballs. Serve with horseradish or mustard sauce.
