SWISS AND BACON SQUARES 
2 c. Bisquick
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Swiss cheese slices
1 pkg. bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. cold milk

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix Bisquick and water. Beat 20 strokes. Gently smooth in to a ball on a floured board. Knead 10 times. Pat into baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Sprinkle with bacon. Mix eggs with milk and salt.

Pour over bacon. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Cut in squares sand serve.
