WATER CHESTNUTS WITH BACON 
1/3 to 1/2 lb. bacon
16 oz. can water chestnuts
Toothpicks

Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each chestnut. Fasten with toothpick. Line dish with foil. Place in dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and take foil out with grease on it. Place nuts back in dish and pour sauce over them. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
Dash of soy sauce

Enough sauce for 2 cans chestnuts.
