COUNTRY STYLE FRIED RICE 
6 carrots, sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced
2 tsp. poppy seeds
2 tbsp. oil
4 c. Minute rice
2 lb. hamburger

Brown hamburger and dump into large pot. While hamburger is browning, make Minute rice according to directions and dump into hamburger. Stir-fry celery, carrots and poppy seeds. Add to hamburger and rice mix. Heat well and serve.

Makes a quick and easy meal in one.
