SHERRIED COUNTRY STYLE PORK RIBS 
12 to 16 pork ribs
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. sherry
1/2 c. honey

Place ribs in a large kettle of boiling water and cook for 1 hour or until tender. Arrange ribs in a large broiler pan or skillet and brown them on top of the stove. Mix soy sauce, sherry and honey together and stir. Pour sherry mixture over ribs and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
