TURKEY STUFFING 
Bunch fresh parsley, leaves only, chopped
2 sm. onions, diced
2 bags Ritz crackers, broken
2 loaves bread
Giblets (or 1/2 lb. ground pork)
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 lb. ground chourico
1-2 sticks butter
Giblet juice

Boil giblets and chourico, let cool - set aside juice. Fry onions and Ritz in butter until onions are soft. Mix meat and parsley. Add all ingredients into broken bread crumbs; add giblet juice just enough to moisten. NOT TOO WET. You can stuff in turkey or fry in pan.
