TURKEY STUFFING 
Cooked giblets, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 c. celery
2 med. sized onions
2 lbs. bread or 20 cups
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sage
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. liquid from giblets

For 15 to 18 lb. turkey.
